应该是 PLAY ON THE COMPUTER， ON不能省略
MAY I PLAY ON THE COMPUTER才对！

May I play on the computer?
You must use 'on' becasue play is a physical action. You can't PLAY computer because computer is an object. What you want to do is play the game or other application ON the computer. Therefore, play on the computer
