新年决心
I have a problem with new year’s resolutions, not because they often fail, or because they’re too difficult... because people think that’s the one time to change.
我对“决心”有个疑惑。不是因为他们总是失败告终，也不是因为太难实现，而是因为人们总觉得“这是改变自己的时候”。
Now, don’t get me wrong. We definitely all need change. But it probably won’t happen in one big moment. It will happen in thousands of little moments.
别误解我的意思，没错，我们所有人都需要不断改变。但这种改变不会生在在某个重大时刻，而是发生在无数个微不足道的瞬间。
Every time you choose to forgive, or slow down, each little moment that you choose what’s right instead of what’s easy, faith instead of doubt, love instead of hate. That’s where the change happens!
每次你选择原谅或者放慢脚步，每个小瞬间每当你选择做正确的事情而非容易的事情，选择关爱而不是憎恨，选择相信而不是怀疑，那就是改变的一刻！
Even if you fail one, or two, or thirty times, it’s OK! You’ve got thousands of more little moments ahead of you. You’ll get better. Happy New Year!
哪怕你失败了一次、两次，甚至是三十次，那都没关系！因为在你面前还有许多许多这样的瞬间，你总会取得进步的。
新年决心
A new year ,a new start, when I stand on the edge of the a new year, I can't help thinking about my plan of next year.
Just as the old saying:“Well began is the half of the success.”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ,and then ,at the beginning ,I'm quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.
But ,what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible. While, I will do my best to live up with what I have planned, and the result will prove it.
一个新的一年，一个新的开始，当我站在一个新的一年的边缘时，我不禁在思考我明年的计划。
正如老话所说：“好的开始是成功的一半。”“所以我决定我应该在其他人还在放松的时候去工作，然后，在一开始，我比其他人快，当然我会得到比其他人更好的成绩。”
但是，我真正决定做的是，我必须弥补任何我的时间，尽管这似乎是不可能的。而我，我会尽我最大的努力来实现我的计划，结果将证明这一点。
