both of和both and没有单复数的区别；主要是意思不同，后面接的成分不同。

一. both of ：两者都；两者都可以。

1. 短语：

both of them，他们中两个人；他们两个；他们两人；

both of us，我们俩。

2. both of短语中间of是介词，所以后面一定要接名词或者是代词，而且代词必须是人称代词宾格或者关系代词；

3. both of作主语的时候，谓语动词是复数形式；

例如：

We went on a cruise, a first for both of us.

我俩都是平生第一次去海上旅游。

Both of my sisters moved even farther away from home.

我的两个姐妹都搬得离家更远了。

Both of these women have strong memories of the journey.

二，both and：两个都；既……又……。

1. 并列连词，做主语的时候，both和and后面接人称代词主格或者名词，谓语动词用复数形式；
