齐头式就是所有的部分（信头，编号和日期，封内地址，注意事项，称呼，事由，信文，结尾敬语，签署，抄送，附言）都顶格写。
大概格式如下：
AddressS:XXXXXXXX(the sender's发信人的地址)

Telex:XXXXXXXX

封内名称和地址（收信人的）
