not后面是加do还是doing完全取决于前面的时态或者时态动词。
比如：
这是根据时态：
1.I
do
not
hate
you.
(not+do)
2.He
is
not
writing
the
homework
but
watching
TV.
(not
doing)
下面是根据前面动词：
1.He
makes
the
dog
not
be
selt.
（not+do）
2.I
see
the
girl
not
crying
under
the
