Goodmorning everyone,I'm XXX,a student of packaging and environmental engineering major. Environmental protection is an increasingly hot topic in today's society, protect environment is every citizen's responsibility,I know the closely relation of packaging and environmental protection as a packaging professional students.Today, I want to talk about the relationship between 3R principle, people often said ,and green packaging design , I believe everyone is not strange for this.
Now,you may be ask ,what is the 3R principle?3R principle is refers to the rection principle, reuse principle and recycle principle. Next I will tell you the details of each principle :
Firstly，the packaging rection principle-green packaging is amount of the minimum moderate package to satisfy the basic function of packaging conditions, the designer can shape simplification of procts to the extreme through use simple design criteria, emphasis on recing the consumption of materials,embodiment of "small is beautiful", "less is more" meaning in design.
Generally speaking,the reused principle, if not first use was abandoned, but can play the role of the existing multi-angle packaging when the packaging material to be processed into procts, that will rece the various processing links and multi packaging waste required decomposition of consumption greatly.The reusable packaging must be based on those conditions-packing has high rability, easy to clean, multi-functional, This requires designers to thinking design packaging in the possible utility of the future ,combined with the characteristics of packaging materials.
Finally is the recycling of packaging materials. In general, Use enewable raw materials to development of new procts can be divided into two kinds of situations:One is manufacture a new proct that identical to the original,for example, the waste paper to proce recycled paper;The other is manufacture into different types new procts,such as waste p lastic made fiber.Therefore, designer should fully consider the difficulty that materials used can be recycled in the future,avoid excessive processing of materials.
Packaging designers can make a contribution to environmental protection through above three aspects,I believe that every professional and everyone can contribute to a force forenvironmental protection, come on，for our better tomorrow.
