there be结构遵循就近原则即与最靠近点主语一致

如

There is a book two pens and an eraser in the bag.

单数：there is
There is a girl under the tree.
There is a bike behind a car.
There is a ball in the box.
复数：there are
There are two books on the table.
There are four apple on the desk.
There are three bananas in the box.

There be句型遵循的是就近原则，和谁离得近和谁保持单复数一致。这里be动词和单数名词保持单数的一致。例如:
