有一点语法错误，你可以对照如下修改：The Journey to the West is probably the most influential of the four classical novels in Chinese literature, and it is also the most famous novel abroad.“西游记”可能是中国文学四大经典小说中最具影响力的一部小说，也是国外最知名的一部小说。

Journey to the West主 is系动词 a novel表 that is probably the most influential one among the four classical novels in Chinese literature定语从句 and is并列系动词 also certainly the most well-know novel表语 abroad副词定语.
建议去掉one，因为在最高级中among=one of，没必要再加个one
或者把among改为of
that引导词主语 is系动词 probably the most influential one 表语 of the four classical novels定语 in Chinese literature定语
例子：
He is the tallest among the three students. 他是三个学生中最高的。
=He is the tallest one of the three students.
《西游记》可能是中国古典四大名著中影响最大的一部，也肯定是国外最著名的一部小说。

没有大问题。有一个词不对，应该是well-known(是分词形式，不是原型)。

另外，最后一句应该是…well-known Chinese novel abroad.
