如果把It is...that去掉之后,句子的结构及意思是完整的,
那么,这个句子就是强调句.反之,则是定语从句.
因为that在强调句中不充当句子成分,但不可以省略.
而that在定语从句中必须充当成分(作主语、宾语、表语），
且作宾语时可以省略;但去掉It is ...that之后，句子的结构及意思就不完整了.
如题目中的句子,把It is...that去掉之后,就是:
Global warming,rather than other factors,____the extreme weather.
这是一个结构完整的句子,因此题目中的句子是强调句,
故答案选B. that has led to .
句意:是全球变暖而不是其他因素导致了极端气候.
比较:A: Where did you meet your old friend ?你在哪儿遇见你的老朋友的?
