Having made field investigation in typical draught three small drainage basins in hill area in Hunan province, and made knowldege of local rainfall, vegetation and earth utilization rate, we made research on catchment technique in drainage basins in hill area of Hunan.We counted avilable collected rainfall in thes basins employing SCS catchment model.And the rainfall will be collected effectivly in hill area of Hunan province to relieve the draught in these areas.
