两种，
如果是对你（们）说的，用will you？例如 Don't talk, will you? Please be quiet, will you?
如果是对我们说的，用shanll we？例如 Let's go to school;, shall we?

一般会用Yes, I/we will No,I /we won't来回答，Let's...属交际用语，方法很多。如：
Remember to hand your work tomorrow.
----Yes, I will.
Don't forget to hand your work tomorrow
----No, I won't.
Let's go to the park
---OK. Let's go./ Good idea./That's a good idea. /Why not?....
