Dear GZ Liaison Office Consulator of the UK:
I would like to ask your help to check two persons' visa: ***, visa#*****, and ***, visa#*****. Their visa application materials were handed over to you on Mar. 21st, according to your official statements, the short stay visitor visa will be ok within 15 days, but now, it has been after 20 days and we still don't get any information about how it's going. Please help to check why this happen and give us a reasonable feedback. Thanks!

To British Embassy Guangzhou,

I'd like to inquire about two visas relate to passport no. Gxxxxx, and Gxxxxx respectively. The two applicants submitted all the materials on Apr 21. According to official statement of your embassy, the visit visa will normally be approved or not within 15days upon application. I do not understand why there is no news even though 20 days has passed. Appreciate your earliest feedback. With sincere thanks
