第2个基本上可以
但是可以灵活一点合并成一个句子：Has it ever happened to you that after putting your trousers into the washing machine, you remembered that there was still a large bank note in the back pocket.
第一句是错误的，happen是不及物动词，而且不能用人作为主语，只能是某件事情发生，以人为主语可以这样说：Have you ever experienced such a thing: after putting your trousers into the washing machine, you remembered that there was still a large bank note in the back pocket.

用第二种.
happen的主语一般是it.然后在叙述的时候没有特定时间状语用现在时就可以了，不用过去完成时这么麻烦。

第一种好些。第一个是过去完成时，过去完成时是指事件发生在过去的过去（事件已终止）。第二个是一般现在时，指事件过去发生并且现在持续发生(事件未终止)。
句意中说明：洗衣服这件事发生在过去，问你有没有经历过在裤子口袋里找到钱，这件事发生在洗衣服之前（是过去的过去）。
我是高一学生，一般的语法规则是这样。但是你的原句有没有问题，我就不知道咧。我只是根据时态、句意表明的情况来确定的。只是建议……

这只是一般时态，不需要用Had啊

从英语的习惯上，第二个更好一些，但是也不完全好，我认为应该是:Has it ever happened to you that you realize there was a large bank note in your back pocket as soon as you just had put your trousers in the washing machine?
