追答不是原文所要表达的意思。 sent to be tested 的意思是，已被送去测试了（但还没有测试），如果确实是这个意思， 即“送去测试了，但还没有测试，那最后的结论从哪里来的？

不正确，应该是：
Now this wafer has been inspected and sent to test, no more defect was found.追问非常感谢，没有注意到一些细节，Be动词后应该是过去式。
