Basic workflow:
Set all tables and do the cleaning in the area before opening of the bar;
Take the initiatives to come up to ask and provide whatever the customers would like;
Keep in mind the requirements the customers have in a clear and accurate writing form and repeat the order;
Bring the order to the counter to enable it to prepare wines for the customers and provide the proct for the customers;
Keep a close eye on the need the customers may have in the area at any time,patrol the counter in the area every 5 minutes and clean in time clutter,ashtrays and empty wine bottles left by the comstomers on the tables;
Receive the bills the customers pay and see them offf;
Clean the tables and reset them after the cunstomers leave;
Do the cleaning in the area and check the supplies and utensils and put them in a designated place.
Duties:
(1) Do the cleaning in the environment of the bar;
(2) Assist a bartender with various preparations for operation of the bar;
(3) Keep familiar with various drinks in terms of degree,origin and price and take the initiatives to provide the customers with services in a warm and efficient manner.

In my opinion,good awareness of service,active attitude towards the work and 5 years of bartendering are all contributing to my competence for this job.
