python库的安装步骤总共分为3步，具体的安装方法如下：
1、首先下载“python”安装下载库；如果没有配置python的环境变量，那么先要在“环境变量PATH”一项里加入“python安装目录”选项；
2、解压后，在命令行中执行“cd”到“distribute”文件夹目录，输入pytho”执行，等待安装完成；
