in the car的意思是：在车里
take the car的意思是：搭车
二者的唯一不同区别就是一个在车里，一个在车外。

后半句take是动词意译为开，驾驶即开车这个动作我开车上学

It is a wrong expression, considering what you want to say.

You can say
