题目是不是有点点问题嘞应该是如何控制人口 population 吧首先就是应该让大人们 follow the rules of our country slow down the birth rate .然后就是让*给予那些少生的人奖励 the government should be well aware of the problem of the population ,the resources are limited,so the government should carry out some rugulations to award the couples who having a baby late ,然后你再随便说点

　　How to Control the Population

　　As we know, the population probiem is one of the greatest probiems in Chins. The government began to carry out the one -child policy to slow down the population increase in the 1970s. In the past thirty years, it has worked well, especially in cities. But in some poor areas ,people don't obey the rules well. Each couple often have two or more childrens there. I think it is bad for them. If they have smaiier families with fewer, but healthy children, they will become richer, or their life will be poor forever. At the same time, they shouldn't prefer boys to girls.

　　I think if all peopie obey the one-child policy, the population glowth will be controlled.
