有泡沫也没关系,煮好后豆浆倒出滤渣就不会有泡沫,做法如下:
准备材料:黄豆、清水、冰糖。
一、首先黄都要提前泡一个晚上。

大豆等许多豆科植物中含有“皀素”,易起泡。
自制豆浆快煮开时有大量泡沫,这是黄豆中含有皂甙的原因,该成份有毒,会引起中毒,但不耐热,只要用小火继续煮沸几分钟,泡沫就会消失。
等到泡沫消失才可以安全饮用,此时皂甙已破坏。
请你注意;千万煮沸几分钟!!
