On December 3, I made the first payment for this order, at 70 yuan of RMB. The payment included 65 yuan for the merchadise and 5 yuan for express delivery. But you have only refunded me 65 yuan for the commodity cost without repaying me the 5 yuan for express delivery.

I spend 70 Yuan on 3rd, December when I first paid for the order, including 65 Yuan for the goods and 5 Yuan for the Express delivery. However, you've only returned me the 65 Yuan of the mechadise, and the rest 5 Yuan's Express charge was not paid back to me.
