CAUSE: The specified Oracle base is same as the user home directory.
ACTION: Provide an Oracle base location other than the user home directory.
[FATAL] [INS-35432] The installer has detected that the software location you have specified contains Oracle Database software version 11.2.0.1.0. Oracle recommends that when upgrading to 11.2.0.3.0, you perform an installation of the software into a new Oracle home and then upgrade the database using the new software binaries.
CAUSE: The installer has detected that the software location you have specified contains Oracle Database software version 11.2.0.1.0.
ACTION: Perform an out-of-place upgrade. Out-of-place upgrades allow you to perform the upgrade with less downtime and more stability, e to the non-destructive nature of the software installation.
11.2之后的版本安装补丁集需要out-of-place方式安装。（查看）
ORACLE_HOME=/home/oracle/proct/11.2.0/db_1
改为：
ORACLE_HOME=/home/oracle/proct/11.2.0/db_3
解决。
其后又报警，可忽略：
[WARNING] [INS-32008] Oracle base location cant be same as the user home directory.
CAUSE: The specified Oracle base is same as the user home directory.
ACTION: Provide an Oracle base location other than the user home directory.
[WARNING] [INS-13014] Target environment do not meet some optional requirements.
CAUSE: Some of the optional prerequisites are not met. See logs for details. /home/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2013-08-27_11-05-25AM.log
ACTION: Identify the list of failed prerequisite checks from the log: /home/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2013-08-27_11-05-25AM.log. Then either from the log file or from installation manual find the appropriate configuration to meet the prerequisites and fix it manually.
