如果你想在Dallas读书的话，生活方面的花费应该不会很多。UNT其实不太怎么出名啦，专业也不是很有突出和出众的，读个文凭还是可以的。Dallas有University of Texas at Dallas （UTD），University of Texas at Arlington (UTA)，Southern Methodist University (SMU)，University of North Texas (UNT), University of Dallas。其中UTD和SMU还不错，尤其是UTD，近年来Engineering School发展很快，他们是由Texas Instruments创办的。SMU的商学院也还不错，排名20左右。Austin有美国最好的公立学校之一UT Austin。Houston有Rice University， University of Houston。Texas A&M University在College Station，在Austin和Houston中间。
在艺术类专业排名中它还是10多位，USNews 评鉴全美最佳Fine Arts Graate Program排50多名。
其他排名就不怎么样了。
University of North Texas
Denton, TX
Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Law它的地产相关的也不错。
