Termination of Cooperation Agreement
This Agreement ,dated as of _____April 2009, is made by and amongst XXX (Party A), XXX (Party B) and XXX (Party C).
WITHNESSETH: WHEREAS, Paties A, B and C all desire to terminate a cooperation arrangement previously made by and amongst the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Party B shall cease cooperation with Party A; and Party A shall not make any contact with Party C.
2. Party A shall return to Party B, both the passports of Party B and Party C, as well as U.S. Dollars________ . Provided, however, Party B must hereby guarantee that he will ely return to Party C the passport and cash belonging to Party C.
3. Parties A, B and C have herewith officially expressed the termination of the cooperation arrangement previously made by and amongst them.
4. This Agreement will be in triplicate and each party shall hold one copy.
