Hello.This is Wang Ping from a flat at No.***,*** Road.In the beginning I lived there quietly and happily.However about a week ago,my terrible life began.I have a new neighbour who moved to the flat last week and live just next to me.He raises a big dog.In the daytime,the dog shits（拉屎） everywhere,which makes the environment very dirty,and at night it barks furiously（狂吠） all the time,making much noise.I can hardly get to sleep.I have complained to my neighbour many times about that,but that did no good.Now it has greatly influenced my life.I feel very upset and have to write to you.I hope you can do something to prevent me from being bothered.Looking forward to your reply.

Dear sir,

Our neighbor has a barking dog.

Whenever I want to have a moment to myself, the barking comes. I am fed up with this dog. I cannot even sleep well during the night, awaken often by the barking dog every night.

I hope you can find a way to stop the dog from bothering all the neighbors.
