With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, the impact of financial risk on the survival and development of small and medium enterprises is also growing. How to control and guard against financial risks is a serious problem faced by modern small and medium enterprises. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the present situation, causes and preventive measures of the financial risk of small and medium enterprises.

本文首先介绍了中小企业财务风险研究的背景、国内外研究现状及相关基础理论。其次，从中小企业资本结构缺乏科学性、内部财务关系混乱、风险意识淡薄、财务管理的宏观环境错综复杂、投资增长速度不适当以及缺乏有效的财务风险监控措施等六个方面分析中小企业财务风险存在的问题。最后从建立合理的资本结构、完善内部控制制度、增强管理者风险防范观念、提升对财务管理环境的适应能力、提高投资决策的科学性以及建立健全财务风险预警体系六方面提出相应的财务风险防范对策。

This paper firstly introces the research background, domestic and foreign research status and related basic theory of the financial risk of small and medium enterprises. Secondly, from the capital structure of small and medium sized enterprises lack of scientific, internal financial relation confusion, lack of risk awareness, the macro environment of financial management is very complex, the investment growth rate is inappropriate and the lack of effective financial risk control measures etc. six aspects of the analysis of the problems existed in the small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk. Finally, the establishment of reasonable capital structure, improve the internal control system, strengthen management risk prevention concept, improve the adaption of environment of financial management capacity, improve the scientific investment decision and to establish and perfect the financial risk early warning system in six aspects put forward the corresponding financial risk prevention measures.

and development of middle and small-sized enterprises has become
larger and larger. How to control and prevent financial risk is a severe
problem facing middle and small-sized enterprises. Therefore, it is
theoretically and practically significant to study the situation , cause and preventible measures of middle and small-sized enterprises' financial risk .
This article begins with introcing the background of middle and small-sized enterprises' financial risk as well as research status and relatively basic theory at home and abroad. Secondly, it analyses problems facing the middle and small-sized enterprises' financial risk in six aspects which involves the capital structure of middle and small-sized enterprises' lacking scientificity, internal financial chaos,weak risk consciousness, complexity macro-environment of financial management, improper increasing investment speed, and lack in effective monitoring measures of financial risk. Thirdly, prevention suggestions are put forward to deal with financial risk, including setting up suitablecapital structure, perfecting internal controlling system, raising managers' sense of prevention risk, promoting adapting ability to management enviroment, improving scientifical investment decision, and setting up sound early-warning system of financial risk.
