how much和how many的区别如下：
how much 表示多少钱，用来问价格，后接不可数名词。how many 用来问数量，后接可数名词复数。how much 用来修饰不可数名词，如：How much water do you need?（你需要多少水？）
how many 表示多少，用来问数量。用来修饰可数名词的复数，如：How many apples do you have?（你有多少苹果？）how many 也可以用来对there be句型中主语的数量如：some, five, only one等提问时，如果主语是可数名词，不管主语是单数还是复数一般都用复数形式提问。
