it would be appreciated that一般在期待对方帮忙做某事，事前委婉地提出的请求表示感谢的情况下使用。

it would be appreciated that 意思是：（我们)会感激/欣赏这种(行为，表现)；would原为wil的过去式，在这里是过去将来时，表示将来发生的事或动作，会、将的意思。
