fill 是动词
例：The cup is filled with water.（这个杯子里装满了水。）
full是形容词
例：The box is full of apples.（这个盒子里装满了苹果。）
2、词意
fill是“填充”的意思
The box is filled with cotton.（盒子被棉花充满了。）
full是“满了”的意思
例：The box is full of cotton.（盒子满是棉花。）
3、搭配
fill 常用结构为：fill...with,be filled with...
