Helen Adams Keller (June 27, 1880 – June 1, 1968) was a famous American author, political activist and lecturer.。 She was a great woman. She became blind and deaf by a serious illness when she was 19 months old. With the help of her teacher, Anne Sullivan, she learnt to spell words and read at the age of 7. When she was older, she went to college. On June, 1904, she graated in Radcliffe college with perfect grade . Helen was very famous. She helped many blind and deaf people. She travelled around the world and helped many people. Although she was blind and deaf, she found a way to see and hear. Her story gives a courage to all the people with suffering.
