也许顶着"2007年最炙手可热男星"的头衔，每天都能在电视剧、电影、舞台剧、杂志上被众多人追捧，会骄傲是一件很自然的事。只是在每天笑呵呵的小栗身上，趾高气扬的样子是完全不见的，或者说他根本不喜欢每天被人观摩：“有种好像成为了一件随随便便就被消费了的商品的感觉，我不喜欢。"他最担心的是有一天看到自己的身影就心生厌恶，如果那样的话，他就会渐渐失去对表演的兴趣，要是不能表演的话，那将是小栗人生中的第一大可怕事件！所以说，表面的风光，小栗并不在乎，他人生最贪心的念头就是演绎各种各样的人生，宁可因为工作安排的关系，三餐不定，即使再回到从前豆芽菜沾酱料的艰苦生活也OK，"因为表演是我的嗜好！"所以小栗愿意去做那个世界上最贪心的人，在每一次的笔噢阿岩中获得一种全身心的解放感，只要可以演戏，不管哪个角色他都乐意接受，哪怕被人写成是个工作狂，他也乐意。//
勤奋之心
很多人都说如今工作繁忙的小栗正处于鼎盛期，对于这类评价，小栗只是感叹地说了句："我真没想过自己会这么忙！"然后便是："好害怕好害怕"的碎碎念。说真的，小栗对自己的繁忙是抱着恐惧心态的，因为不想被人定义为"全优"而让自己变得自以为是起来，所以人气鼎盛反而会让这个对演戏自信满满的小子变得软弱。因为没有戏拍的时候，小栗就会一个人骑着大型摩托车，就是后面可以放很多东西的那种，载着他心爱的睡袋，一个人沿着国道一直前行，目标是北海道、九州之类离东京很远的地方。虽然一路上都是一个人，但小栗总觉得这种类似于寻找自我之旅的行为很有意思，因为他总能在不一样的地方遇见各式各样的人，然后跟友好热情的当地人像老朋友一样凑在一起把酒言欢，通常这些朋友都只有一面之缘，但很多时候，对于小栗来说，结识这些人会让他了解另一种生活的色彩，表面上这也算是为演绎不一样的人生做功课吧，可实际上，对于永远好奇的小栗来说，不断丰富自己的人生阅历才是最有意思的部分。//
挑战之心
对工作的来者不拒，再加上不想做偶像，也不想做人气演员的心愿，渐渐养成小栗挑战重复角色形象的斗志。比如王子角色，为了演花泽类的忧郁，他特地研究了走路的姿势；为了扮演佐野泉，不惜每天吃健康食品，然后去健身房锻炼，就为练出漂亮的肌肉，减掉手臂上多余的脂肪，以便让自己在镜头前看起来有运动员的身材。而到了舞台剧的表演，也许只有特别有研究的观众才会知道其实舞台剧和影视作品最不一样的地方是发声，为此，小栗经常得在发声上作调整。虽说这些不想重发自己的调整往往是观众不会关注的，因为大家在意的是舞台上小栗所呈现出来的表现。所以很多时候小栗都开玩笑说："宁可做一个不忙的人！"不想让自己被压力打败，可真正闲起来的时，小栗又是坐不住的，所以往往在他表演的角色里，总是会出现很多很有意思的细节变化，比如《Stand Up》里故意弄的很阳光的黝黑肤色，《Zero Crows》里特别蓄起的胡渣，虽然都是差不多的长发形象，却带着不一样的坏坏的味道，这也便是小栗自认喜欢挑战同样角色的原因，因为会有不同的惊喜在里面。//
朴实之心
了解小栗的人都会觉得他是现在很少能见到的朴实男人，总是拼命想了解世事，然后用自己的努力去回报周围人的期待，全身心工作的样子让很多人都感叹他的演戏兴趣真不是一般的强烈！前阵子，培养小栗的细川得癌症去世，最遗憾的当属他，后悔没有一张更出色的成绩单给她看，难过的哭了一整天后，第二天只能戴深色眼镜（平时都不怎么喜欢戴眼镜）出门。小栗对工作人员很友善，因为他知道有大家的关照，他才能心无旁骛的演戏，而开庆功宴的时候，小栗往往是那个逃跑的人，虽然也有为作品顺利结束而高兴，可是在那么多人面前大哭的话，小栗会觉得很不好意思，再加上会被很多媒体乱拍的关系，不想扫了工作人员的兴，拼命躲起来变成了小栗最擅长做的事情。//
恋爱之心
工作中的小栗是绝对不会关心手机在哪里的,因此曾经有一段时间,经常回在一整天的工作之后,
在看到女友"今天完全没有联系我呢!"的短信时觉得很有压力,会想到自己明明是在工作,为什么
她会有这种不理解的想法存在呢?可是若要他亲口说"因为喜欢工作,我们分手吧"这样的话,又会
让他觉得是既难过又难堪.可是每次工作累到不行时,又会希望喜欢的人能在身边温柔地安慰自
己,而每每这个时候,小栗都会讨厌自己怎么可以那么自私,会觉得自己是个差劲的男人,久而久
之,小栗便觉得现在的自己也许真的无法适应恋爱这种奢侈品吧,就像工作的时候明明自己有在
一直吃着东西,体重却总是在不停地掉下去一样,对于现在人气中天的小栗来说,有些东西真的是强求不来的。//
玩乐之心
私底下的小栗对生活状态要求不高,只要开心,怎么来都可以,哪怕回到家后还有一大堆剧本台词
需要念,他也会为了玩游戏,将宝贵的睡眠时间舍弃.玩性大发的时候,他甚至可以通宵享受,不睡
觉也要将分数冲到最高点,然后开心地顶着黑眼圈,第二天照常去排剧.而对于别人送的礼物,哪怕
是情人节收到同情巧克力也一样,不管是什么都会让他觉得很开心.和朋友一起的时候,小栗则会
变得超级害羞,比如小栗和生田斗真拍<<偷偷爱着你>>的时候,两个人交情不错,还经常私下约好
一起去泡温泉.有一次,斗真玩心一起,想玩*录影,虽然小栗表面上对斗真的*游戏表示随便,
可实际上,在斗真不停拍他的时候,他却在害羞,拼命躲起来,因为私底下还看到镜头对着自己,总会让他觉得不好意思,特别是穿着素色饿浴衣给斗真拍的时候,而若没有相机跟踪的话,他还会跟着斗真在温泉池里滑水,当然前提是斗真关掉相机之后咯。//
单纯是我的武器
当年发觉小栗旬演员潜质的蜷川幸雄(日本当代戏剧的代表人物之一)说过:"在小栗君身上,我们可以感受带那种因为不能被现实世界所接纳而产生的自闭而苦恼的情绪,这种单纯率直的年亲人，便是这个时代的象征."虽说从一开始便有这位大前辈的赏识,可11岁就走进戏剧世界的小栗旬也有过"花瓶"时期,不过好在多年的舞台剧磨练,无论是王子类的角色还是恶人,他都能够游刃有余的演绎,可是在面对"(此人)超越了木村拓哉"的评论时,小栗旬却摆出了谦虚的态度,他承认自己是年轻女性亲睐的的帅哥,却也对自己的演绎表示还有不足,因为他始终把前辈蜷川幸雄当年说的话当作行为标准,单纯直率一直是他的座右铭,所以在周围的年轻人频频使用"KY"(即那些不看场合乱说话的人)一词时,他可以毫不犹豫地说出"我是不能忍受用"KY"这样的缩略语的,这似乎会显示出这个国家的语言文化已经被人极度轻视了,好象怎么乱用都可以的样子.对我来说,每个事件都有自己的一套善恶标准的."在这样一个全面男色的时代,能这样说话的人气艺人不多,也许他这种独特的危机意识感,就是他的魅力所在吧。//
