Now in the design of many systems, such as wireless vedio transmission system, ARM+FPGA or DSP+FPGA schemes are increasingly used.They adopt ARM or DSP to make control and FPGA to do complex algorithmic calculation, so that the optimum value of the entire system performance can be achieved utilizing the combination of thier functions. This method is proved to be effective through practice， and is universal and flexible in certain degree.
