A preliminary study on the degradation kinetics of phosphorus exchange in the process of large algae.Experiments were used three different large algae ulva, kelp, AGAR weed ().All algae in October 2012, collected from weihai international bathing beach.Washing, drying, weighing, algae it into a 500 ml conical flask, after using the filtered water and seal. Each algal set three parallel samples and set up the three sea blank sample. In temperature 20 ℃, 5000 Lux light intensity, light cycle: L D = 12: h under cultivation, respectively in five days, ten days, fifteen days after sampling. In 882 nm wavelength measuring absorbance value of samples, the phosphate concentration in the samples by phosphate standard curve calculation, and then take the dead algae body degradation process in different periods of the release quantity of phosphate and evaluation of large algae contribution to nutrient load of water decomposition. Results show that: in the primary stages of decay, three kinds of seaweed are phosphates, release a large amount at this point, the algal death body is one of the sources of phosphate water around.Later, the degradation of the algae body speed graally slow down, phosphate release a quantity to rece, at the same time into colloidal substances adsorbed phosphate in the water.Due to the decomposition from the combined impact of release and adsorption dead algae body to a certain extent have played an important role in regulating the concentration of phosphate in water.
