摘要 Abstract
人工挖孔桩是利用人工挖孔灌注混凝土的一种桩型。这类桩由于其受力性能可靠,单桩承载力高,可直接检查桩底岩土层情况,施工操作工艺简单,无环境污染,不需大型机具设备,场地适应性强等特点被各地广泛应用在高层建筑与荷载较大的建(构)筑物中。
Manual excavation piling is a type of piling where concrete is poured into a manually bored hole. In view of its advantageous features such as reliable stress performance, high single pile bearing capacity, able to examine the condition of rock and soil layers at the pile bottom, simple operation process, environmental friendly, do not require large machinery equipments, strong site adaptability, etc., this type of piling is applied extensively all over the country in the construction of high-rise buildings, as well as buildings and structures with heavier weight load.
但人工挖孔桩因利用人力挖孔,所以劳动强度较大,单桩施工速度较慢,尤其是安全性较差。因此为保证人工挖孔桩的质量,我们需要对其施工过程进行相关控制措施的制定,不仅从施工技术方面、还要从管理方面深化质量的重要性。
However, manual excavation piling utilizes manual labor to bore holes which is highly labor intensive, and the speed of single pile driving is relatively slow, especially its poor safety. 本文从人工挖孔桩的施工方式入手,逐渐阐述其可能出现的质量问题;而后针对人工挖孔桩的质量检测方法进行分析,并针对可能出现的质量问题提出了相应的施工措施及管理措施。
