首先是我们迷路了，这里是过去时，所以正常是：we were lost。只能是lost作状语。
如果你还不理解的话，可以把句子看成：

只不过把who were省略了。

因为这是一个固定的词组： be lost 迷路了。如：
I was lost. 我迷路了。
I was 省略掉，就剩下了lost.追问BD两项说得通吗？求讲解！

追答当然说不通，因为B 是losing而不是lost. D 如果表示丢了东西是可以用的，如：
Having lost the key, I couldn't get into the room. 因为钥匙丢了，所以我进不了房间。
