1.Never let the sellers know that you want the goods very much;
2.ask them"I'm afraid it's not worth that.It's a little too expensive.Any cheaper?"
3.If you are still not pleased with the price he gives,then ask"what's the lowest price you can offer?"then the seller may ask what the price you want,give what you think is reasonable;
4.if he doesn't agree,turn around to pretend to leave.usually the seller will call you back,and give a lower price.

B: One and a half dollar and you can take it.
A: No. One dollar only. I saw things alike in another market. They were sold for only one dollar.
