Abstract: The current public intermediation mechanisms exist in the public security organs ring the operation of the work too much to bear responsibilities, inadequate legal protection, lack of supervision and assessment of related units, lack of staff capacity issues. In this paper, based on field investigations, according to the status of public intermediation work, from management theory point of view, put forward by reasonably diverting, scientific recruitment, refinement of management, organizational culture and other means to deal with the establishment of public intermediation work experience issues to improve police efficiency, ease social conflicts, so as to enable transfer in building a harmonious society in the butt to play a greater role.
