This proct started to volume proction after qualified initial inspection. During the volume proction, PQC found that there was defect in the dimension 5.15-0.03, and separated the defective procts. QC 100% sorted the defective procts, but still has a few non-conforming procts mixed in e to unclear specification. Meanwhile, FQC did not found out in time.
1. Re-adjust the tool position, to ensure stable proction.
2. Re-train the sorting operators and increase their responsible sense, to avoid mixing defect.
There was no defect found after adjusting the tool.
1. We have marked the occurred problem on SOP in order to remind the operators.
2. The operators must do the self-check according to SOP. If there is any problem, they must report to management.
3. OQC must inspect according to Inspection Instruction. If they find anything wrong, they must improve immediately.追问谢谢！

Readjusting to the cutters and start the mass proction after confirming the size .

Trainning and ecating the selection workers to improve their responbility , and avoid the poor quality remained after selection .

No badness found after readjustment of the cutters.

The problems happened before were marked on the operation instruction to mention the manufacturer to avoide the same problems

Operators self-check refer to the operation instruction, report the problems when it found in time

OQC(outgoing quality control) should make the verfication refer to the inspection specification , improve the problem when it found in time .
