It's Our Duty to Help the People in Trouble
The society is just like a big family,it has many many members,living and working together.Hower,we can not do all the jobs by ourselves and we usually have some trouble.So we need a help,and it's necessary to help others in troube,for to help others is to help ourselves.Two years ago,when I was on my way to school,I got hurt on my foot.I couldn't move.I was very sad.Suddenly Liu Dong,my classmate appeared and took me to the hospital..Thanks to his help,I recovered soon.Then,not long later,Liu Dong had difficulty with his maths.When I knew about that,I helped him.
Friends,it's our ty to help the people in trouble,for you may need a help someday.

we all have time to be in trouble and be stressed out.also we shold learn to help others.
One day a old people went to cross the road.and there were many cars and buses.I was afraid he was by accident .so I helped the old man cross the road.then he said thanks to me.I was so happy after hearing.
the other thing is helping my parents to do dishes .also I was tired but I am also very happy.
From then . I learn a lot by the things. I know how to help others .They make me happy.
well when people be in troube ,give them a hand .and happiness will gather you.

Your enthusiasm, your both hands, can help others ; Your sincerity, your smile, can move others ; Your compliment, your blessing, can reciprocate others ……This, are all what you should do . Because you are accepting others' help all the time , you should reciprocate them. No matter the friend or enemy, no matter the one that is familiar w-ith or strange one, whether he is a rich man or beggar. Help to be not to choose the target , choose time , choose the place. Go , make others warm with heart of you , g-o , help others with hand of you , go , persuade someone else with your action. This is what you should do . You should learn to pay , learns help, learn to present . So long as everybody can do so both, this world will be a cradle that is full of loving , the earth is that one is full of warm collectives!

One morning, a friend of mine set the breakfast table beside a huge window, which overlooked the Tred Avon River. Suddenly she leaned forward and cried out, “ There is a goose out there!”

We saw the figure of a large Canada goose, very still, its wings folded tight to its sides and its feet frozen to the ice.

Then in the sky, she saw a line of swans. They flew from the top of the sky downward and at last landed on the ice. My friend was on her feet, with one unbelieving hand against her mouth. As the swans surrounded the frozen goose, she feared that the poor goose might be pecked out by those great swan bills.

Unexpectedly, those bills began to work on the ice. The long necks were lifted and curved down (弯下) again and again. They went on for a long time. At last, the goose was free and standing on the ice. And the swans stood nearby watching. Then, as if the goose was crying, “I cannot fly”, four of the swans came down around it. Their powerful bills chipped off the ice stuck in its feathers. Slowly, the goose spread its wings as far as they would go. Seeing the goose could freely move its wings, the swans flew slowly into the sky.

This is a true story. Every time I think of it, I can’t help asking, “If so for birds, why not for man?”
