当表达把A洒在B上的时候，有两种表达：
sprinkle A on B或是sprinkle B with A，
如果非要说怎么理解，那就只能说，sprinkle A on B直译是把A洒在B“上”
sprinkle B with A直译是，“拿”A来洒B

例句
A happy family can blend love, loyalty, forgiveness, tenderness and understanding together and sprinkle with many laughters.

Sprinkle the top with cheese.
=Sprinkle cheese over/on the top.
