Recently,Jacky put out a new photo book "Qianqian Junzi"with his best friend Jun Jun.The two met in the "Lycra my show"contest.Fans love his personality as well as his handsome looks.His self-titled album "Jacky" has an R&B style and a strong Chinese flavour.
After he graated from high school,Jacky's dad sent him to study in Switzerland. In that beautiful country.He had to live totally on his own.He had never been away from home before.Every little thing,from washing his socks to getting over longliness,was a big task.Jacky said he left home as a boy but returned as a young man.
He told us he learnt to be light-hearted from his dad,who showed him in both words and action.
"Try to be cheerful and funny in life,but when you get down to work,try to be as serious as you can.Work hard on things you want to do."

WHEN Jacky Xue (Xue Zhiqian) gave up studying and returned from Sweden to sing his father in Shanghai reached an agreement with him: If he couldn't make anything out of his singing in three years he would have to continue his hotel management studies.
Three years later in 2005 he stood proudly on the My Show stage and soon even had his own album.
And his music has grown up with him. This month he released a new album How's Everything Going with You? (Ni Guo de Hao ma). 21st Century talked with him to discover who the authentic Jacky Xue is.
21st: What were your school days like?
Jacky: I'm a naughty boy. I liked playing on the horizontal bars but I accidentally fell and got hurt. I loved football but I was the 12th player on the team. I went after my ideal girl – I stood below her window in a heavy rain for hours but she didn't even come out to take a look at me.
I miss those crazy old days. But I just couldn't go back to school because I knew I would cause a traffic jam if the students recognized me.
21st: Who influenced you most?
Jacky: My father. He gave me the name Qianqian in hope I would be a modest boy. In life he was a role model with his humor and optimism.
He sold our house secretly to help me go abroad. And that was part of his ecation plan. In Sweden I became aware of how hard it was to make a living. I did some labor on carpentry and brick-carrying jobs to feed myself. Since then I've never wanted to let him down.
21st: Is there any difference between your music and real life?
Jacky: In music I'm a bit oversensitive. Perhaps that's because of my experiences. My mom died when I was four and my girlfriend left me on a rare snowy day into Shanghai. I've put my deepest emotions in the songs.
However when I get to the real world I cheer up by telling jokes. That's the way I grew up.
21st: Are you happy finding fame? What are your future career plans?
Jacky: Fame can be both good and annoying. Now when I go to a restaurant people recognize me. Some will sit near me and speak in a loud way: "His songs are just so so." Or "See he looks so skinny".
I never regard fame as real success. I'm only happy getting a chance to sing which is my favorite. I'd like to go on doing it.

他悄悄把房子给卖了供我出国读书。这是他让我受教育计划里的一部分。待在瑞士那段时间我才真正感受到谋生的艰辛。为了养活自己，做过木工和搬运工。从那个时候，我就决定不让爸爸失望。
21世纪：你的音乐和你的现实生活是否有不同？
薛之谦：在音乐里，我很敏感。大概跟我的经历有关。妈妈在我四岁的时候就离开我了。上海很少下雪，而我的女朋友就在下雪的那年和我分手。在我的歌里投入了很深的感情。
不过，现实里我喜欢说冷笑话让自己开心。这是我成长的一种方法。
21世纪：出了名你开不开心呢？将来是怎么打算的？
薛之谦：出名有好也有不好。我去餐厅吃饭会被人认出来。有的会坐我边上，说很大声：“他唱歌就这样而已嘛”或者有的说：“他看上去满逗的”
我不认为出名就是成功了。我只是很高兴有这个机会出来唱歌，这是我最喜欢的事。我还会继续努力。
