Mom and Dad took my brother, Brad and I to a restaurant last night. The restaurant was named “Benton’s”. Mom told us to wear our best clothes. Brad wanted to wear jeans but Mom wouldn’t let him. When we arrived at the restaurant, a waiter took us to our table. Our table was next to the window and we could see the river. Then the waiter asked us if we’d like a drink before dinner. Brad and I both had an orange juice. I spent a long time looking at the menu. It was difficult to choose because there were so many things on the menu. After we had finished our drinks, the waiter came over to take our orders. I still hadn’t decided what to have! After another five minutes, I decided to have the chicken and a small salad. Brad had the beef and Mom and Dad both had the fish. We all agreed that the food was delicious.
