你好。完全可以，比如说：He gets up late at the weekend when he doesn't go to school.或者：
At the weekend, he gets up late when he doesn't go to school或者：When he doesn't go to school at the weekend,he gets up late.
at the weekend 和when he doesn't go to school都是时间状语。
又如：He usually gets up at 9:00 on Saturday or Sunday morning.
